Moving blog subscribers from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

  We have moved our wordpress site from wordpress.com to a self-hosted wordpress.org installation. However, our blog subscribers did not migrate over in the process. Could the staff please transfer them over to our new site? I already have the Jetpack plugin installed and activated, we use it for the stats and other features. Thank you.
