Moving domain

Im moving a domain to another host. But it would take som time. But my new host say that I can start using the domain as if it was allready moved if you point the domain to ns01.one.com ns02.one.com.
Can you please do that.Kindly

You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

Thanks for the guide.
I followed the insstructions and tought everything would work. I got told it could take up to 72 hours.
But now its not working at all. I got a 403 – ForbiddenYou don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/install.php on this server.
Is that a problem from WP or my host?
