Moving domain

I have registered a domain with 1and1 and linked in to wordpress. It is saying I can have that domain for free as part of my plan but it isn’t letting me move the page to my domain without paying for it. Can you help please?

Plans are paid upgrades. You first need to purchase a plan before you qualify for the free domain mapping in the plan.
