Moving Domains

  I have zipped and moved my site to WordPress.org. I have that Host records… I need to move my domain name cashbudgetcajun.com to my WordPress.org site…

  You canceled the domain, cashbudgetcajun.com, on 2 August, so you no longer own it. You cannot transfer a domain you don’t own.

  If you did this in error and would like that domain back, please confirm and we can restore it to your account. Then we can help you transfer it to another domain provider.

  Yes… I thought that the domain remained mine through the subscription period ending next February. That’s ok, though. Let’s reinstate it and then transfer it to my WordPress.org site.

  You’ll be able to direct it anywhere simply by changing its name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  And, after 60 days, you’ll be able to transfer it elsewhere: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
