Moving followers from one URL to another

  I want to move followers of one blog to another. Both are .wordpress.com sites.
  How can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I just exported all content from the first to the second today, and I want to delete the first site, but want to move all followers first.

  Thanks Rachel – I appreciate that a lot.
  I was under the impression that all my likes (for each post) and comments would also be imported, but that didn’t happen – is there anyway you can do that? The reason I imported the blog was because new posts weren’t appearing on my followers’ feed anymore.

  I was under the impression that all my likes (for each post) and comments would also be imported, but that didn’t happen – is there anyway you can do that?

  There isn’t a way to transfer likes from one blog to another, so I can’t move those for you. However, you should start building up more likes on the new site! :)

  Comments can be imported at the same time as you import posts. To do that, you can Export all of the content (including posts and comments) from your old site and Import them on the new site. It looks like all of your posts and comment were exported and imported successfully from your old site to the new one, but please let me know if you have questions about that!

  Thanks for the prompt response!
  However, the only reason I did the whole import is so that my new posts would appear on my followers’ page. I feel like all the likes, etc. displays all the effort and time I put into maintaining my blog. I’m sorry if this seems like an unreasonable request, but is there anyway you can move my followers back to the original blog?
  I understand that it may take some days to do so, but I’m willing to wait.
