Moving Hosts Broke Paid JetPack
-
My lovely webhosting company (Canvas Host) went out of business over a weekend 9 months ago and in moving to new webhosting company (HostPapa) my paid JetPack got screwed up and I seem to have so many admin profiles ((email visible only to moderators and staff), markdesollaprice, (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff), @markandvinny86b1cf492a).
One user account says I have an un-paid JetPack invoice (I shouldn’t) and an other says ‘Jetpack Dashboard was unable to properly communicate with your website. Please check your website’s error logs to see what’s wrong.’
I don’t want to cancel everything at WordPress.com and JetPress and begin again. If I have to, I will use the free JetPack and use third-party solutions for everything else. I think JetPack is better, I just won’t pay twice for a service I haven’t gotten to use even ONCE.
My goal is to have the ‘markdesollaprice’ user updated to have the (email visible only to moderators and staff) e-mail, and linked into https://markdesollaprice.com/

Oh dear! It’s rough when a host goes out of business. We won’t be able to help out as much here in the forums for free hosted WordPress sites, we can definitely help you get pointed in the right direction.
First, are you able to log in with the email address that has a receipt from Jetpack? I’d recommend starting there, then getting in direct touch with their support:
They can help you transfer plan ownership and get rid of any extra accounts if needed. And from what I could see at https://jetpack.com/debug, it looks like you were able to clear up connection issues. So it’s just a matter of getting the right accounts on there now.
I hope this helps!
