Moving my subscribers and followers to my own site

  My wordpress.com site is dychadziennie.wordpress.com
  I want to move all subscribers to dychadziennie.pl
  Where can I pay, to whom, who is responsible for that?
  Could you help me? I didn’t receive any response since 2 weeks…

  You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email subscribers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:
