Moving my subscribers over…
-
Hello. I have recently switched my site over to a self-hosted site and all of my subscribers are gone. I’ve seen on the forums that WP needs to do this for me. So, help me Obi-Wan, you’re my only hope. It used to show as subscribers, the email subscribers and regular subscribers, but the count also used to include facebook and twitter followers. These both have been set up but I wonder if the WP magic includes this updating as well? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just to be sure, which WordPress.com blog do you want them moved from, and WordPress.org blog do you want them moved to?
-
It was from a blog of the same name: canadianculturething.com. It was until this week hosted by WP. Thanks.

I have transferred your subscribers as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

I just checked and under subscribers, my total number is still showing as 0. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks. I’m still waiting for my sites to anticipate what I will want but I can handle the wait. Thanks again.

Sorry, one other question. Can this transfer be done for site stats and comments as well? If so, I would love for that to be done as well.

Comments should have been imported with your export file. Were they not?
Unfortunately, stats cannot be transferred.

I have just discover another little problem. The blavatar is no longer in my location bar for my site. When I went into the support section, it told me to go to Settings>General and the upload section would be on the right. I remember that this was the case with my old site but on my new one, this section doesn’t exist in my general settings. What do I need to do?

WordPress.com and WordPress.org have quite a few differences. A Blavatar is actually a WordPress.com-only feature, but you can upload a favicon instead.
We can only support WordPress.com blogs here, but the folks at http://wordpress.org/support/ should be able to help you with that.
