moving pointer to new domain

    Hello, there use to be a number I could call… not sure what happened with that. Hope someone can help me. Customer service said i could ask them do to this but now there’s not a way of getting in touch with someone, so here it goes. I have active domain that I am wanting to cancel now that I have made a website on wordpress.. how do i get the pointer switched to the new site from the old one that’s still active and its NOT a wordpress one?

    also, in the BIRCH theme.. ‘put your message here’ is on homepage and Im trying to remove it since I can’t find how to edit it and change the wording or remove it in general
