Moving premium plan over

    I’ve also got another account

    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    This has the ecommerce plan installed but i need to move it across to this account

    I paid for it on the wrong account it logged me in automatically

    Can you help move the plan over?

    Hi Katie,

    It looks like you cancelled that ecommerce plan yesterday, and received a full refund, so there’s nothing to move.

    Note that WordPress.com upgrades can only be moved at the request of the account that owns them, so we could only have helped with this if you requested it as the katiekatiecorcorancouk account.

    If you also want to transfer the site in the other account to this account, first log into that account again, and then follow the steps here to transfer ownership of the site:
