Moving site from one wordpress to another wordpress account

  I am in the process of migrating site from my one wordpress account to another wordpress account. Both accounts belong to me and attached to same email addresss. When I loginto bluehost it asks me to pick which account(domain) I want to access. The new site is ready on second wordpress account with temparary domain name. How do I now change setting to point site to new site? Does chaning wordpress address and site address setting help here?

  Just to clarify, are you moving a site TO WordPress.com FROM Bluehost? Or the other way around? Or to/from Bluehost to another Bluehost site?
