moving social media subscribers

  I’d like to move my social media followers from http://funlugha.wordpress.com to http://funlughaswahili.com so that they show up as total number of subscribers along with email and wordpress ones. At the moment the only subscribers showing are email and wordpress followers. Please help!

  Once you get your new site connected to your social media accounts, the followers should show up.

  It is connected but they dont show up (its been connected for about a month now but I originally thought it was impossible to have the social media ones show up thats why I never asked)
