Moving subscribers

  I’ve started a new blog and want the subscribers/followers from my old blog to be switched from that to the new one. Can it be done, and how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The new site is not self-hosted, it’s another wordpress.com blog.

  The Support page says to contact them, then directs me to this forum.

  Can WordPress migrate subscribers/followers for me?
