Moving subscribers and stats

Hello! We just launched a new website for our nonprofit, Community Forklift. Could you add our subscribers and stats from our old site (http://old.communityforklift.org/login) to our new one (https://www.communityforklift.org/)? Please let me know if you need any more information!

Sorry if I am completely lost/confused! I was directed here for this issue (https://wordpress.com/support/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/) and it looks like other users had this issue solved by posting here (https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/moving-subscribers-and-stats-3/) so I just want to make sure I explained our issue correctly. I wasn’t able to log in using the jetpack link you provided, so otherwise I’m kind of at a dead end! Thank you for any more help you can provide!

We do use an integrated version of Jetpack on WordPress.com, but under the surface it does function differently. We are able to move stats and subscribers for sites we host directly on WordPress.com managed hosting, but we are not able to help with your WordPress site on Heller Information Services website hosting.
I wasn’t able to log in using the jetpack link you provided, so otherwise I’m kind of at a dead end! Thank you for any more help you can provide!
The forums on wordpress.org (where Jetpack support is offered) uses a different login system from the one you may use on your WordPress site. You can create a free account here: https://login.wordpress.org/register
Once you have created your account you will be able to post in the Jetpack forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/
That forum is monitored actively by Jetpack staff and they are happy to help you get things sorted. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
