Moving subscribers to one wordpress.com site to another

  how do i move my followers from one blog to another. I researched the jetpack plugin and I think its supposed to be bundled in the both my wordpress.com sites, but when I do into My Sites page – it doesn’t give me the option of managing and hence migrating. Help!

  I’d be happy to move your subscribers for you. Can you please provide me the site URL with the subscribers at the moment, and the new site URL that you want these subscribers transferred to?
