Moving subscribers to selfhosted blog
-
I’d like to transfer my subsribers and likes from convexum.wordpress.com to my selfhosted blog convexum.net, is this possible?
Also, if signed-in wordpress.com users visit my convexum.net blog, is there a way with Jetpack that their wordpress bar can appear at the top of the page, as though they’re signed in to it?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested. Just a heads-up that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
You might also want to consider a Site Redirect upgrade to automatically have visitors to vixenpixie.wordpress.com sent to vixenpixie.com, and ensure that new subscribers sign up on the right blog.
We don’t have a way to transfer “likes.”

The toolbar notifications feature of Jetpack allows you – and other users on your site – to see a toolbar:

Folks who aren’t users on your site won’t see the toolbar.
Best of luck with your self-hosted site!
