Moving the title and subtitle slightly down

  Hi,
  I’m using a twenty seventeen themed site with a video header and would love to be able to move the title and subtitle down slightly (I wouldn’t mind making the font a bit smaller if need be), so that they appear against the black margin of the video header rather than on the video itself.

  For what site is this? http://polarbearsoutofplace.wordpress.com/ is using Twenty Seventeen, but I don’t see any video header added to that site.

  Making changes like these on a WordPress.com site are only possible using custom CSS code on our Premium Plan and higher:
