Moving to Self Hosted site

  Hi,

  I am migrating my blog from http://smilingnotes.wordpress.com to http://www.smilingnotes.com
  I used jetpack plugin and followed steps to migrate followers and stats. Still after about 24 hours I don’t see those stats on my new self hosted blog.
  Also I don’t see any likes on the new site.
  Can you please assist ?
