  hello – I would like to move this site to wordpress.org, can I transfer the theme over?

  Are you talking about the Luxury theme showing on the site listed above? That is a Premium theme and the version you have is designed for use only here at WordPress.com. You can’t transfer it. If you set up a new site elsewhere using the WordPress.org software then you can export your content from WordPress.com but you’d need to purchase the WordPress.org version of the Luxury theme from the developer Organic Themes.
