Moving to wordpress.org – need to renew bundle in January?

  I purchased the WP.com $99 bundle in January. If I move my blog to be self hosted with wordpress.org do I need the wordpress.com bundle still? I know there is no refund, but want to know if I need to renew in January 2014

  Hi there, you don’t need to renew the bundle if you move to a self-hosted blog before your expiry date. If you had registered a domain through WordPress.com we could have split it off into its own upgrade so you could renew it separately, but since you’ve only mapped an existing domain, that won’t be necessary.
