Moving webpage from Kajabi to WordPress

Hi, I am currently working for a client to move one of her webpages from Kajabi to WordPress. Her site is already made through WordPress but she has a few products that are living in Kajabi with webpages on her website. I could not find an article on how to do this. If someone could point me in the right direction that’d be great. Thanks!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/motivation-challenge. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

First things first. Are you looking to move it here on WordPress.com or to some other host and use the WordPress.org software? You can learn more about the differences of these two here:

I’m not sure how to tell if the account is .com or .org. I believe it is wordpress.com based on the article you sent.

Assuming that original site was created using the WordPress software as you mentioned, if you want to move it to here on WordPress.com, just follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
