Moving website/blog and starting over again?

  I have a website hosted at Site5, I’ve just completely messed it up.
  Site5 took it off-line saying it was causing too much CPU usage.
  I removed the last plugin I had installed which seemed to be causing the problem.
  It’s back off-line today, I’m wondering if I can start it over again and how to go about it while not losing my content.
