Moving WordPress.com subscribers to self-hosted

  I recently moved my WP.com blog to a self-hosted server, and I would like my e-mail subscribers moved as well. (I already installed and activated Jetpack.)

  There is also an issue with my posts from my self-hosted site not updating in the WP.com reader whenever I publish a new entry.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  And before anything else: cache has been cleared, my browsers and comp all meet specs, yet still no updates.
