MS outlook account with WP

  Is there a way to set somebody up with an Microsoft outlook account (with our Wynn Global email address), but not a full Office 365 license (so we are not paying for a user to have excel, word etc)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your question is unclear to me. A MS Outlook account of ar Office 365 license has no connection with a wordpress.com account.
