Multi Blogs on one Domain

Good day,
Hope this finds you well. My questions are a bit higher grade but i know you can help!!
1. We have our own domain (from a hosting provider, see above) our site is customized for us. We have different persons contributing and we now want to have blogs on this domain. Understanding that each blog (looking at about 10) will have its own address but can you have multiple blogs on one domain?
2. If so we have admin / back-end access to our site BUT we would like the ‘authors’ of the blog to only have accesses to there page so they can post / publish on their own, This different user login levels?Please will you get back to me about this.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
