Multi-language website

Hello. I have just bought today your $99 value pack and registered a domain. The problem is that I want my site to be multi-lingual, and I am not sure if that is possible with my site hosted on wordpress.com. Can you please help me?

Unfortunately, that is a bit beyond what can be done at WordPress.com.
You can, however, register as many blogs as you need under one account, so you could have one for each language. To do that, visit https://en.wordpress.com/signup/ while logged in.
