Multi vendor
-
I am trying to create a multivendor account. My vendors want to make resources available to educators impacted by natural disasters, free of charge to those in need. The vendors would pay for shipping, most likely. I want the folks who are in need to have a search engine that will look at all of the vendors resources.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
WordPress.com accounts and sites can only belong to one person, but you can add as many additional users to a site if you want. They will each need to first create their own username accounts before you can add them to your site.

If you need full ecommerce functionality with a searchable product list, a way to add items to a cart to place an order (even if the “customer” isn’t paying for it) and capture shipping details, you’ll need to use a dedicated ecommerce plugin like WooCommerce. To use that on WordPress.com you’ll need the Business Plan upgrade, or else you can also look into the self-hosted WordPress option over on WordPress.org.
