Multiple Blogs- problems with theme

  I have two blogs on wordpress and it won’t let me change the theme or customize the second one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well. The first URL is andevos1.wordpress.com/ I am the administrator for that one. The crufallgetaway.com URL is a website for a conference and I was made an editor to the blog but every time I change the theme it automatically changes the theme to my personal blog instead.
