Multiple Contributors

    We are a Yacht Club with 500 members. I want them all to be ‘Contributors’ to the blog. How can they all get access – is there another way than sending to 10 emails each time?

    500 contributors strikes me as a mess – set up a contact person with a dedicated email address like news@your-yacht-club – then the editor job can be passed around – out of 500 people you will have maybe 5 people that write regular Posts – everybody else will give things lip service to writing but will not do much of anything at all –

    Then if you have a few that end up really writing then make them contributors –

    if you want to let members have a free for all – then set up some sort of a forum and link to that
