Multiple Domains – need separate email contact links

    I currently manage three free websites and need to link different email accounts to each, so we can track comments and respond to questions efficiently. Can do I do this? If so, how? Thank you!

    Hi gfwcvolunteer,

    We only provide the option to add one email address to a WordPress.com account. If you would prefer to receive notifications for each site at a separate email address, I recommend doing the following:

    1. Create two new user accounts (one for each site that needs a separate email address)
    2. Transfer the sites to their new WordPress.com accounts.

    You will then have 3 WordPress.com accounts with different email addresses, with one site listed in each. At the moment, all comments for all 3 sites can be managed from the bell icon at the top right of the screen but you will need to login to each individual account after following the steps above.
