Multiple emails being sent to subscribers

    My blog subscribers are getting around around 10 identical emails everyday. It seems that the “daily digest” email is being sent around 10 times simultaneously.

    The question is, how do I stop this?

  • Hi there, could you please give me two or three addresses of your subscribers who’ve confirmed receiving 10 copies of your daily digest so I can investigate? Their emails will only be visible to staff once you post them.

    Could you also please confirm which site you’re referring to, since you have several?

    I am subscribed to the daily digest myself through (email visible only to moderators and staff), and I have been facing the problem. Others who have complained include (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). Many people have started sending “un-subscribe” requests.

  • Thanks very much. I’m going to send an email to the address connected to your account so you can send back full email headers for of one of the repeated digest messages you received, so we can investigate.

    Here is how to get full email headers in Gmail:

    1. Open the message you’d like to view headers for.
    2. Click the down arrow next to Reply, at the top of the message pane.
    3. Select Show Original.

    The full headers will appear in a new window.

    You can copy-paste those headers into your email reply to me, and our systems team will investigate.
