  How do I have multiple authors with each his own page and archives?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Multiple author/collaborative sites can use a Custom Menu to give each author his/her own Page and archives. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  Regardless of Author, the page where all new posts will appear by default is the front page of your site, unless you set up a Static Front Page to replace it. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/
