Multiple repeated homepage views

  Hi there,
  Over the past several weeks I’ve been seeing an odd phenomenon. It looks like in a very short period of time I get multiple views of my homepage. Given the timing it looks like it is likely the same user in the same short time period. Not sure what to make of it but it doesn’t seem to be a human user. Perhaps a spam bot scanning for info / vulnerabilities?

  Guessing it’s nothing to be concerned about but it is a little annoying to have my stats skewed like this – and of course on the off chance there is something more nefarious going on I thought I’d ask…

  I don’t see any malicious activity. Your traffic is spread across the world, but so are your posts. So that makes sense.

  Cool, thanks. It was the short period of time in which nearly 100 views just “dropped in” for just the homepage. But as long as it’s nothing malicious it’s not a concern. Thanks for checking in!
