I have several accounts under 2 email adddresses and I cannot figure out how to access my main website (mccallcommunications.ca).
My email addresses are: (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Actually, I have changed my site. My URL address is not linking to my changed site for some reason. Only the old site appears and I can’t access it through wordpress.

mccallcommunications.ca does not have WordPress.com nameservers. It is pointing to a self-hosted site using what looks like GoDaddy for hosting.
Is your WordPress.com site your new site or is the GoDaddy site your new site?

That makes sense, I WAS using GoDaddy, However, when you type in the URL (www.mccallcommunications.ca) the site says Under Construction (which I did in January) and that the site is powered by wordpress. How can I fix this?

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org website that resides on GoDaddy’s servers. This document explains the basic differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites.
The issue is likely that your domain is not pointing to the WordPress.com nameservers yet.

Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
