Multiple Sites with 1 Premium Account?

Hi. I am with a small company that wants to create 5-10 different blog-type sites. Will we need a premium account for each or can multiple sites be created under 1 premium account?

There’s a bizarre notion that there is such a thing a a premium account. in fact all blogs here are provided free of charge by WordPress.com and are and remain free hosted by WordPress.com no matter how many upgrades we purchase. All upgrades apply only to a single blog for a single year when they are due for renewal. The only exception is a premium theme purchase, which is a one time purchase for a single blog for the lifetime of that blog while hosted here ate WordPress.com.

When we register a username account here the email address we provide becomes our unique identifier. When we are logged into WordPress.com and register a blog it’s registered to that username account we are logged in under and to the email address which is our unique identifier. We can register as many blogs as we wish and provided we are using the same username account then all the blogs will be registered under it and the associated email account. We can change our “display name” but that display name will appear on all blogs registered under the same username account.
