Multiple users using the wordpress website

We have a problem when multiple people use wordpress, the website crashes when trying to update the changes made to the website.

Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here has only one site hosted with us on WordPress.com, https://drackath.wordpress.com/, and your account is the only user on that site.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
