Multiple Website Hosts?

  I have a subdomain hosted over on clickfunnels to run a specific marketing funnel I want. As for the homepage and the rest of my site, can I host those sections here on WordPress?

  That depends on exactly what you want to do with your site, but in general, yes you can host your site here with us on WordPress.com.

  Note that to connect a site on our servers to your existing domain or a subdomain on that domain requires one of our paid plans.
