Multiple WordPress Websites

  Hi. I am in charge of creating 3 websites for the same company (3 sub brands). Do we need a business plan for each website or is there some kind of group plan. And do I need to create 3 different wordpress accounts to manage them?

  Would each website have a different domain name? Or would they be three different sections of the same domain?
