How do you set up the picture for the multiple writers if you have three different people who are administrators on the blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The picture is on the left hand side of the blog post. In the demo of the twenty sixteen blog there is a picture of the blogger and then further down the page their is a picture of what I think is another blogger. Thank you!
