  I’m not entirely clear on what you are asking. What is “the radio system” you are referring to?

  Generally however, you can only use the WPcom Music Widget in your site’s sidebar if you have the Premium bundle upgrade for your site, which allows you to upload audio files to your WPcom website and create a playlist.
