Mutiple windows of wordpress.com and domain.com trying to setup.

    I am lost. I finally redid and am trying to set up. I never did the old one I had. So I have 4rloveofantiques.wordpress.com and uplgraded to just 4rloveofantiques.com As I try to setup I am getting lost. You have two softwares for change and i end up with lots of windows open and changes going were they want. Like the nut I can be I have been working on this for 4 or more days. It is not hard to do one but the confusion between all is driving me crazy. Can’t we delete the wordpress.com one? If not can you tell me what I am doing wrong. Also can all ifo be taken out of everything and I will start over on just the one I hope.

    I’m sorry for the confusion! Let’s see if I can help clear up what’s going on.

    You have a site with the custom domain name 4rloveofantiques.com. That’s linked to an underlying WordPress.com address 4rloveofantiques.wordpress.com. We use that WordPress.com address behind the scenes, to make sure nothing ever happens to your site’s contents even if you stop using your custom domain name.

    Your visitors will only ever see the custom domain name, but you’ll see that WordPress.com address sometimes behind the scenes (like in your site’s WP Admin dashboard).
