Mx records are not being validated.

  The mx records I put in for email are not valid. I contacted my hosting servive, Verio, and they gave me these records mail-fwd.mx.g19.rapidsite.net

  They told me that they do not have DNS records, that wordpress has those. Is this correct? I am trying to set up an email for my blog annetownsend.com

  Can you please tell me what I need?

  MX Records should also, have a priority number preceding them.
