my 2nd blog post is not visible under Blog Page

    I posted one blog last week and it was showing under Blog page. Few hours ago I posted another blog on Blog page but it is not visibile on my website. sharing both link here. If I am clicking on link than page is opening but I am not able to locate where this blog is on my website?

    I want that when i open my website and click on blog page than different post should open and whichever I want to read, i can click and read.

    How can I do this?

    Another query is if I want to add new page for Podcast, who can I add this new page on my website?

    Please help.
