My 3rd party blogging platform links to old blog and not my current. How 2 fix??

  I blog for NACE. Under their wordpress my old inactive blog from 2011 is what gets linked. I don’t know how to have it link to my current word press blog career transitions guide. Can you help? I asked many and no one knows how to make it link to the current one and not the old one…
