My $48 payment

    I paid $48 and then backed out without using the site because I didn’t know what I was doing. Now I’ve studied your guides and I’m ready but login says no account exists!

    Hi there,

    If you have multiple email address, can you please try to use “Forgot Password” option and type the email address there? and try to see if you’re able to find your account.

    Can you please tell us the URL of your website which you’ve already paid $48 previously?
    If you tell the URL or website address which you paid for then Staff would be able to get you the username associated with that account.

    Hi there,

    What is the address of the site for which you bought a plan? The account you’re using to post here, weeklybookstudy, was only created yesterday, and only owns the site, http://weeklybookstudy.wordpress.com/
