    Hi there. I don’t need this account any more, tempeida.org. I just wanted to make sure that I am not being charged for it any more. Can you confirm? Thank you. Jennifer Settles, President Tempe Industrial Development Authority.

    Hi Jennifer,

    We’re not charging you for tempeida.org, because that domain is not registered with us. You transferred that domain away from us in January, and it’s now registered with Namecheap, so you’re paying them for it.

    And our logs show you cancelled the premium plan connected to that site yesterday, so you also won’t be charged for that again. You can only be charged if you have an active upgrade in your account, and if you do, that would appear on the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
