  In the process of trying to admin my website which I have not changed since it was set up 5 years ago, I changed my e mail address and now I cannot access the account. The website is janetobrientherapy.com . (redacted)

  Good Morning –

  We aren’t going to be much help here. The site mentioned, janetobrientherapy.com, is actually registered at GoDaddy and also hosted through them.

  This means it does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress software. Help with that version of WordPress comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
