I am having trouble understanding ehats going on with my account. I psid for a domain. Or i thought i did. But i cant access it.

Hi there, when I access that domain it lands on a site here on WPcom which has not yet been launched.
What is the underlying WPcom site address that you bought the domain or upgrade plan for and was it under this account you are posting from?

That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in.

I made a custom domain name already. The name i choose is “perfectedimages-ybb.com”
I tried to verify my account but it was too late i guess and now a whole new account has been made using the same email address and i dont have access to the “perfectedimages-ybb.com”

It is not possible to have two different WordPress.com accounts with the same email address. The account connected to perfectedimages-ybb.com has a different email address than the one you are contacting us from.
If you do not remember the login credentials for the other WordPress.com account, you should be able to use the account recovery form to verify ownership.
All you will need is the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchased Perfectedimages-ybb.com.

Thank you all so much i finally recieved the email for account recovery it is definitely a different email. Lol.
