    I was successful in creating a web site (northsar.org) and leaving the domain on godaddy. I have the site hosted on a server other than word press.
    How can I get credit for anything I have pre-paid/paid with you and free-up the ‘domain’ north-sar.org as I wil; not need it.

    According to our records you purchased (but did not finalize) a domain transfer for northsar.org on 10-13, but you cancelled for a full refund on 10-18. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    I do not see any active upgrades here and can confirm that the refund was processed without issue on our end. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
