My account has been blocked as a security precaution.

  Despite knowing my password, WordPress.com has locked me out giving me this prompt: “Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.” I do not have access to the original email address and I did not have 2-step authentication set up so I cannot reset my password and I cannot recover the site as described in support…..

  The recovery site will only allow me to continue if I have a ‘Transaction ID’,, an ‘Activation URL’ or a 2FA code. I have none of those.

  I am not sure what to do!! Can anyone help please?
